Group Function Booking Terms & Conditions
We request a deposit of $50pp and credit card details as a guarantee for your booking. If you cancel your reservation, decrease the head counts from the final confirmed guest numbers within 48 hours of your booking date or do not show up for your scheduled reservation, the deposit paid is forfeited and non-recoverable. If changes or cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the booking date, no charges will incur.
For parties of seven or more, considered a group booking, we may ask that all guests including young diners order from our tasting menu. Depending on the group, we can often make alternative arrangements for younger guests so please let us know in advance to help us plan the best experience for everyone.
A 10% service charge applies in the final bill. A minimum spend may apply.
Please note the final guest numbers and all dietary requirements must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. No changes can be made on the day as the full amount agreed upon receipt of confirmation will be charged on the day.
Whilst we do our best to cater for most dietary requirements (certain religious requirements excluded), some special dietary needs may incur an additional charge and we may decline requests based on personal preferences (i.e., requests not related to allergies). Please note that no changes can be made on the day of the event.
Intolerances and allergies will be accommodated as best as possible however, please be aware that other orders that may contain egg, shellfish, dairy or other allergic foods are also prepared in the same area so we are only able to sanitise the equipment prior to preparation. Please be advised that whilst all care will be taken, no responsibility will be assumed.
We hold a full liquor licence so no BYO is allowed. We will only serve alcohol responsibly and have the right to refuse entry and service for customers in accordance with the law.
We offer a 15 minute grace period for your reservation. If you anticipate being late, please let us know. During busy periods and special occasions, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings, you may be kindly asked to return the table once your reserved time has passed to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable experience.
Any written, signed or agreed confirmation or payment of a deposit/fees will be taken as acceptance of these terms. Group bookings are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from the By Sang management team.
